Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of World Cup Graphics Studio ("the Software"), a desktop application provided by vPlus ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices specified by your license plan, for personal or commercial broadcast use, until the license expiration date stated at the time of purchase.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and receipts on our behalf. By making a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms and policies.

3. License Activation & Devices

Each license can be active on a limited number of devices at a time, as specified on the purchase page. You may deactivate a device and activate a new one through your account dashboard.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or share your license key or copies of the Software with third parties.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to license validation, updates, or support services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
