1. Payment Processor

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Support page within 14 days of purchase, including your order/transaction details. We're happy to help.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed by Paddle and typically appears back on your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. License Deactivation

Upon issuing a refund, your associated license key will be deactivated and access to downloads and updates will be revoked.
