World Cup Graphics Studio
World Cup Graphics Studio is a desktop application designed to control football broadcast graphics from a single operator interface.
Overview
The application helps operators manage the visual side of a live match, including scoreboards, lineups, formations, match events, group tables and knockout graphics. It is built for fast control during live production and can be used in workflows connected to OBS or vMix.
Installation and First Start
Download and Extract
Download the package provided for your platform. If you received a .zip file, extract it first to access the installer or application files.
Install on Your System
On Windows, run the .exe installer. On macOS, open the .dmg package and install the application in the normal way.
Open the Application
Launch World Cup Graphics Studio after installation. The app will prepare its local files and open the main startup flow.
Activate Your License
Enter your license key on first launch. Once the license is activated on the device, the app will open the main control panel and be ready to use.
Main Functions
- Live scoreboard control with score, match clock, period and added time.
- Graphic control for goals, substitutions, yellow cards and red cards.
- Lineup management for both teams with editable starting elevens.
- Formation Builder with preset and manual tactical layouts.
- Penalty shootout control for live knockout coverage.
- Group table and knockout stage support for tournament workflows.

Match Control
Manage score, clock, match state, added time and active game flow from the main studio view.
Graphic Output
Send overlays in and out quickly during live play without leaving the operator workspace.
Data Editing
Review teams, players, stadiums, standings and fixture information from the same system.
Operator Workflow
1. Prepare the Match
Select the fixture, open the studio, and load the teams, players and stadium information before going live.
2. Control Graphics Live
Update score, clock and events in real time while sending overlays in and out during the match.
3. Manage Tournament Data
Review standings, other matches and knockout progress from the same interface.
4. Recover If Needed
If the application closes unexpectedly during an unfinished match, the previous session can be restored.
How to Use the Application
Open the App and Select a Match
Start the application, go to the fixture area, choose the match you want to work with, and open it in the studio.
Check Teams, Players and Stadium Data
Before going live, confirm the main data for both teams. This helps ensure lineups, formations and event graphics use the correct information.
Control the Scoreboard and Match Clock
Use the studio controls to start or pause the match, update the score, change the period and manage added time.
Send Match Graphics On Air
Open the event or information panel you need, review the content, and take the overlay in when ready. Use the same controls to take it out.
Update Live Events
When a goal, card, substitution or penalty happens, update the information in the panel and trigger the corresponding graphic.
Finish the Match
When the match reaches full time, finalize the result so the session closes correctly and the system does not offer recovery unnecessarily on the next launch.
Included Graphic Types
Lineups
Show the starting eleven for each team and prepare the information before kickoff.
Formation Builder
Create tactical visual layouts with preset or manual formation structures for each side.
Other Matches
Display other live fixtures, same-day matches or related tournament games in a dedicated panel.
Licensing
World Cup Graphics Studio uses device-based activation. The application stores a protected local license state and can operate with an offline validation window. If a license is not valid or has been revoked, access to the control panel is restricted until activation is completed again.
The app is designed so an operator can keep working during the allowed offline period, while still protecting the software through local validation and remote license checks when needed.
